Each year we’re honored to support our local rescues with donated portraits to help raise much needed funds. Our most recent donation was a portrait for the winner of Forsyth Humane Society 2022 calendar contest and the winners are . . . the most adorable pair you’ll ever meet, Giovanni the Corgi and Ella the Golden Retriever. Yesterday, their mom made our day with this lovely note about their painting and the whole portrait process.

“It is amazing!!!!!! We can’t believe how wonderful it is and how much it looks like them! The artist, Todd is incredible and his wife is so so nice to work with! Top notch people. The whole participation in the first ever calendar contest was a true delight, not to mention I am glad that FHS exceeded its fundraising goals! I hope next year will be as much of a success for you. Ella and Giovanni will step aside to share the limelight with some other cute dogs and cats.
